How many people can Rocas accommodate?
Rocas comfortably sleeps up to 30 guests across ten distinctive accommodations. You can check out the different spaces in depth on our property page or in our retreat host brochure.
Do I need to bring my own chef?
No—though you can if you prefer. Rocas works with a curated pool of private chefs who stay on property for the duration of your retreat. We’ll connect you with options that fit your group’s dietary needs and budget.
What group meeting spaces are available?
We have several indoor and outdoor spaces. You can check out all the details on our property page or in our retreat host brochure.
Can I bring my own practitioners or add Rocas practitioners?
Both. You’re welcome to bring your own practitioners, and Rocas can connect you with vetted practitioners in a variety of modalities like massage, sound baths, Reiki, breathwork, and Temazcal ceremonies as add-ons.
What modalities does Rocas host?
Rocas has hosted yoga retreats, men’s empowerment weekends, women’s healing circles, somatic breathwork intensives, Reiki training programs, couples retreats, naturopath conferences, and more. If your work is oriented toward healing, growth, and transformation, there is a place for it here. If you’re unsure, reach out and let’s talk.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, as popular dates fill quickly and we intentionally limit the number of retreats we take on to ensure each one receives the full attention of the team.
Is Rocas accessible to guests flying in?
Yes—San Diego and Orange County airports are about 1–1.5 hours away, and LAX is roughly 2–2.5 hours.
